User-Friendly Interface for quick job changeovers and operator-friendly programming. Custom Tooling for various part sizes with quick-change capability. Compact Design to fit within their existing production layout. After-Sales Support including operator training, warranty, and preventive maintenance guidance.

Digital Control Interface: Designed a touch-screen HMI panel with programmable welding parameters including speed, time, and pressure, allowing operators to switch jobs efficiently. Custom Tooling Fixtures: Developed interchangeable, application-specific tooling to handle multiple product types with minimal setup time. Space-Efficient Design: Engineered the machine with a compact footprint without compromising on stability and robustness. Real-Time Monitoring: Added safety interlocks and digital weld monitoring features to track weld cycles, reject faulty parts, and ensure quality assurance.
