PROJECT DESCRIPTION

We have developed a dedicated ultrasonic welding machine specifically for AC filter Machine. Ultrasonic plastic welding is a technique used to join thermoplastic materials by applying high-frequency acoustic vibrations to the components being bonded. A typical ultrasonic welding system includes a power supply, transducer, welding horn, and fixture (or tooling). The power supply generates high-frequency electrical energy, which is converted into mechanical vibrations by the transducer. These vibrations are then amplified by the welding horn and applied to the contact area of the plastic parts. The vibrations generate localized heat, causing the plastic to soften and fuse together. Meanwhile, the fixture holds the parts securely in place to ensure precise alignment and strong bonding during the process. In the context of AC filters, the air filter plays a crucial role in providing clean air to the vehicle’s engine by effectively removing impurities. The plastic components of these filters can be efficiently welded using our ultrasonic plastic welding machine, ensuring durability and airtight sealing.

CUSTOMER REQUIREMENT

The client requires a specialized ultrasonic plastic welding machine to weld thermoplastic components of automotive AC air filters with high precision, strength, and consistency. * Machine must be customized for AC air filter welding. *Process should use high-frequency acoustic vibrations to bond thermoplastics. *Must include standard ultrasonic welding components: Ultrasonic Generator, Transducer. Booster, Welding horn (sonotrode), Fixture or tooling to hold filter components. *Frequency range: 20 kHz to 40 kHz *Custom fixture to securely hold AC filter plastic parts during welding *Must follow relevant industrial safety standards

🔧 Custom Engineering & Design: Designed and built a dedicated ultrasonic welding system for thermoplastic filter components. Developed custom fixtures/tooling to securely hold air filter parts during the welding process, ensuring precise alignment and consistent weld quality. ⚙️Ultrasonic System Integration: Integrated all core ultrasonic components: High-frequency power supply Precision-tuned transducer Optimized booster and welding horn (sonotrode) Adjustable settings for weld time, pressure, and amplitude, offering complete control over the welding process. 🛡️ Safety & Compliance: Built the system with industrial-grade safety features, including emergency stops and overload protection, adhering to standard manufacturing safety guidelines.
